A vastly experienced ‘ad man’, George was MD of legendary Scottish agency Struthers Advertising in Edinburgh. Clients included Bank of Scotland, Ballantine’s whisky, Scottish Power and Spar, giving George a unique understanding of all aspects of the business. With over 30 years experience in advertising and production, George has been there and seen almost everything. He’s ideally placed to offer valuable insight and advice at every stage of the process.

Lucy Ball

Lucy and is our award winning producer here at Greenroom. She finds creative ways to attack briefs, creative people to bring them together and lovely clients that will let us produce films for them.

She works closely with directors, creative talent and clients on scripts, keeps an eye on budget and ultimately makes sure that the film produced communicates what it needs to and looks amazing.

When she's not producing Lucy likes to dabble in a little writing and directing herself. One of our latest short films 'Silence' (which was Lucy's directing debut) has picked up The Drum's Best Online Film Award, an IoIC award for Best Audio/Visual Communication & was highly recommended for The Laurus award with the IVCA. Which we think is not bad going...

Joanna Ramsay
Production Manager

With experience in development and post production Joanna is now the lady in charge of making sure all productions run smoothly. From quotations all the way through to station delivery, Joanna is making sure your production stays on time and on budget. She maintains a great relationship with some of the best freelance crew in the UK by keeping them updated on all her misadventures and knowing their favourite biscuits to bribe them with.

Joanna is the friendly voice on the end of the phone for Greenroom and is usually managing multiple productions at any one time.

When she isn't waist deep in productions, she gets stress relief with her kick ass hobby of Muay Thai and cage fighting (so we'd suggest you always be nice to her...)

Katie Welsh
Production Assistant

Katie is our brilliant production assistant with always the right answer. "No problem!" It's sometimes followed by a hesitation but then usually quickly hidden with a smile. Just worry if you see a frown.

She spent a year and a half living, working and travelling the beautiful land down under before returning to her native hometown of Edinburgh. She's built up lots of experience working within creative industries including advertising, retail (visual) merchandising, event planning and production.

This diversity turned her into a bit of an all rounder with a good appreciation of dynamic environments and a passion for working within close teams where communication is key!

She keeps her zen in order by practicing regular yoga, socialising with friends and experimenting with new DIY projects- currently revamping a 1950’s bashed and bruised suitcase. Random but true! If your passing our Leith based office, pop in and say hello…

Chris Tuszewski

Half-man, half-wolf. Born in the wilderness, raised by a pack of wolves, he knows no fear and feels no pain. Chris is the muscle behind our post-production team. Some call him the human-database - he knows about every project ever made by Greenroom. Some also call him Chris the Magician for they believe that his editing skills are not of this world. He is an experienced editor with previous experience in graphic design. A self-declared geek, in his free time Chris mostly listens to music, reads books, watches TV shows, studies pop-culture and classical philosophy. He also often works with friends on various side projects - music videos, short films.

Ann Mitchell
Financial Controller

In short, Ann looks after the pennies. This includes bashing us over the head when we lose receipts for our expenses and jumping for joy when a cheque comes through the door.

But seriously, she does an incredible job at managing all aspects of the companies finances.

Ann once raced a stock car in the ladies race at Cowdenbeath raceway, go Annie. She is also trained in the art of Swedish massage, which can prove handy when we're having a stressful day.
