Jelani is a filmmaker born and raised in South London. He started his career in photography working closely with multi-talented musician Labrinth, whilst working with brands such as River Island, Mr Porter, Reebok, Hackett, Vevo and many others.

Jelani has a passion for telling stories. He loves the craft of filmmaking and believes that film gives us a unique opportunity to get outside of our own perspective, to enter someone else's story and see that there is more that connects us than divides.

Stories that changes perspectives that resonate long after viewing is what Jelani strives for.
